On and off for two years but only properly for the last 5 months or so

To drink – a negroni, to make – an old fashioned, especially if it’s quiet, because you get to have some interesting conversations

A big glass of water!

Most triumphant moment behind the bar?:
Making a $45 tip from a cocktail I had made up myself.
It was the first time I had created a cocktail and I was super nervous, so pretty stoked he liked it so much and ordered more.
Have you got a funny/irritating customer moment?:
I once served a customer who was convinced that he knew me from somewhere, but I had no idea. Turned out it was an attempt at a pick up line
as he claimed to have met me ‘in his dreams’. I just walked away…
When you’re not behind the bar, where can we find you?:
Drinking coffee, in the library cramming essays, or asleep

Garance Doré… I’m pretty sure we’d be best friends in all of 10 seconds!
Where would you like to see yourself in 10 years time?:
As clichéd as it is, living some place wonderful with friends and family
